International Women’s Day 2026: Give to Gain
Where can we begin!?
We would firstly love to hear from you this women's day, your voice ALWAYS matters. Upload a voice note here to take part!
Try it on a laptop or computer if mobile doesn't work.
We will be releasing our community episode on "Women's Day" all about Womanhood by 1st April!
We are also collecting literature, arts or poetry submissions here for the FIRST issue of the MRKH magazine. If you have any arts or poetry you'd like to share, please head to our magazine page to submit!
We are so excited for this year. MRKH Day, Women's Day, no matter the day we are getting louder than ever!
The podcast is back, we're working on a magazine, Mind Over MRKH is growing its community and GLOBAL AWARENESS is stronger than EVER before!
So this IWD, we're celebrating not only the work we're doing, but the work across our globe.
This year we were incredibly chuffed to be part of MRKH One the global collaborative event bringing together voices from across the MRKH community for International MRKH day in February. Being part of such a powerful collective moment reminded us just how strong this community is, it was also a great way to show funders, we need our global work to HAPPEN! We need our mobile app. We need our magazine. We need our creative healing events. WE NEED IT ALL AND MORE!
We were especially proud of our amazing speakers who represented our community so beautifully, shout out to those on our team who were a few of many global speakers and curators:
Ellamae spoke about the importance of recognising that we are so much more than an MRKH diagnosis. Her session was a powerful reminder that our identities ambitions and lives go far beyond MRKH.
Natalia and Stacey hosted a beautiful session on writing your own poetry sharing their creativity and guiding others to express their experiences through incredibly moving words.
Natalie interviewed Amy from Moody Month exploring an insightful conversation about hormones and cycles and understanding our bodies.
It was inspiring to see these conversations unfold and to witness the openness creativity and honesty within the community.
What else is happening that we're celebrating!?
We are also really excited to share that Mind Over MRKH our podcast has received sponsorship for this year’s episodes from Mire Care the hormone tracking brand. Their support helps us continue creating conversations stories and resources for the MRKH community and we are so grateful to have them on board. We can't wait to share more insights from them!
So...
This Women’s Day Theme is... Give to Gain
This year’s International Women’s Day theme Give to Gain is all about the power of sharing whether that is knowledge opportunities time or encouragement. The idea is simple but powerful. When we support one another everyone benefits.
When we thought about it we realised something important.
The MRKH community already lives this every day.
People share their stories offer advice after diagnosis recommend doctors support one another through difficult moments and celebrate each other’s wins. That culture of generosity and friendship is what inspired us to take the idea one step further.
That is how MRKH Nest was born as one of our Mind Over MRKH projects.
MRKH Nest is our skill share initiative designed to connect people in the MRKH community through their talents experiences and support.
It works in two simple ways.
Share your skills and get featured
Anyone can be featured on the MRKH Nest Directory. This allows the community to discover and support what you do while also opening doors for collaborations and opportunities.
Ask for help when you need it
Sometimes you simply need someone who understands or someone who has experience in an area you do not.
Maybe you need help preparing for a job interview advice about starting a business guidance in your career or support navigating something related to MRKH.
You can reach out to us and we will help link you with someone in the community who may be able to support you.
It is the true spirit of Give to Gain. Sharing what we can so that everyone grows.
More Than a Diagnosis
One thing we believe deeply is that MRKH does not define our limits.
Every person in this community brings their own talents passions and ambitions whether that is in business creativity advocacy health writing leadership or something entirely different.
MRKH Nest is about recognising and celebrating that.
It is about creating a space where people can support each other not only through MRKH related experiences but across every part of life.
We’ve Got Your Back
So in true Give to Gain spirit we want to hear from you.
If you need help with....
