MIND OVER MRKH
Mind Over MRKH is a not-for-profit focused on wellbeing, creativity and community, funded by Nestii CIC, a registered not for profit community hub. We curate thoughtful events, workshops and content that use creativity as a tool for healing and empowerment. Through our global podcast and magazine, we share stories that encourage self-acceptance, honesty, community building and personal development. We also founded the MRKH Nest to highlight individuals for their skills and lives beyond diagnosis, creating an ecosystem of support and opportunity, including a self-help directory of brands. Our future vision is a collaborative app where we can all bloom, build and belong.

We are taking contributions from MRKHers worldwide and working on co-creating the first printed MRKH magazine. Help fund our work, from curation to global distribution!
We are working on creating a network of MRKH individuals to share skills, run events and support each other, beyond the diagnosis. The nest aims to be the place where community meets opportunity. We aim to deliver various workshops in the UK and online, with a focus on creativity and self-development.
