Mind Over MRKH Live - Writing Your Story

Writing Your Story is a reflective and empowering workshop led by Natalia Shvarts, author of I Don’t Matter: In Search of Home. Natalia shares the inspiration behind her book, why this story matters now, and her approach to writing from truth and resilience. Participants are guided through practical exercises to clarify their “why,” identify their ideal reader, define values, and map their personal story. The session explores reframing experiences, writing from a position of power, and crafting a meaningful message for the reader. This workshop invites writers to transform lived experience into purposeful, impactful storytelling. Natalia will also feature the incredible MRKH poet, Stacey Brown, who will also share how writing has contributed to her healing journey.
