Use our thought clouds to capture all your thoughts regularly! Make sure you use a pencil so you can rub them out- especially those intrusive or negative thoughts.

Living with MRKH comes with many scenarios, conversations and words in life that we may find difficult.

We have put together a list of words, scenarios and statements and space to write after each one. You may want to print it twice if you have lots of thoughts and feelings to express, or copy the idea into your own journal- maybe even adding your own scenarios!

You could also add "positive quotes" that make you feel better which can help balance your feelings. 

 Not all of the scenarios will be relevant to you depending on age, life experience, so just skip it if you'd prefer to or create your own.
